Kim Pieters: What is a Life.
what is a life? was an exhibition of the work of Dunedin based artist Kim Pieters at the Adam Art Gallery in Wellington. The show focused on Kim's output from 2007 – 2014, and included a range of works produced in her inner harbour studio near central Dunedin. I designed the supporting publication for the show. The book brought together paintings, drawings, photographs, and moving-image stills by the artist, alongside writing from Christina Barton, Hamish Clayton, Gregory Kan and Carl. A. Mears.
